Discreet Packaging: We understand the importance of your privacy. All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no external branding that suggests the contents. The return address will be a generic business name to further protect your confidentiality.
Delivery Partners: We utilize Shiprocket to manage our logistics. This allows us to work with a network of leading courier partners to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery service to your location.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the order is placed.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the courier partner.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time varies depending on your location.
Metropolitan Areas (Tier 1 & 2 Cities): 2-4 business days
Other Locations: 5-7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
Please Note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or other logistical issues with the courier partner. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. The details of such offers will be clearly communicated on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
You can track your order’s real-time status by clicking on the provided link or by entering your tracking number on the Shiprocket tracking page.
6. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification and attempt delivery again on the next business day.
If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for a re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
7. Undeliverable Packages
A package may be considered undeliverable if:
The address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
The recipient is not available after multiple delivery attempts.
The package is refused by the recipient.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to verify your address and arrange for a new delivery. Please be aware that you may be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
8. P.O. Box & APO/FPO Addresses
For security and tracking purposes, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
We currently do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer support team immediately.
If you accept the package and later discover the contents are damaged, please contact us with photos of the damaged items and the packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
In the rare event that your shipment is lost in transit, we will work with Shiprocket and the courier partner to locate it. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
